The Justice Courts of Grimes County are open for Civil, Criminal, and Administrative Hearings. Approved procedures are in place to ensure the health of the public and court personal. * If your health puts you in a high risk group and you are scheduled for a Court or Hearing Date, please contact the Court one week prior to your hearing date. Jury trials have resumed.

*This procedure will apply to all Justice Courts in Grimes County

Monday – Thursday – 7:30am-5:30pm
