All foreclosures and tax sales will be posted at the old Courthouse and at the New Justice Center and on this website.  If you have any questions, please contact the County Clerk's office at 936-873-4410.

All Foreclosure Sales will be conducted on the front steps of the Grimes County Courthouse between the Hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
