Grimes County Child Welfare Board
Purpose of this Board
The Grimes County Welfare Board develop a program for the protection of dependent, abused, and neglected children of Grimes County; to encourage and promote all such activities as will benefit all children coming to its attention who are in need of its services and to further perform such specific duties in the field of child welfare as the County, by Commissioner Court Action, or the State, by action of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Service may require.
The Board Meets Quarterly on 2nd Tuesday of the month.
